We are currently seeking to recruit suitable candidates for the above roles, which will be based out of our Software Solutions’ Sales Division. Primarily these roles will involve outbound activity to generate interest in company products and services. Ultimately the aim is to develop –and manage new and existing accounts to maximize the potential for profitability within these accounts for Exfo.
This permanent position is a new role within the company to provide support to the SME focused sales team in starting of -and growing sales by following up marketing campaigns and securing appointments for senior sales staff. It is an ideal opportunity for an individual who is a graduate with a marketing –or business qualification.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop New and potential clients
- Outbound calls as follow up to direct mailshots
- Generation of leads and appointments for senior sales staff.
- Execute business development plans to generate substantial leads that will fit with the offered bespoke development solutions across vertical markets
- Meeting designated activity and appointment setting targets
- Preparing timely activity reports and feedback
- Ad hoc duties as may arise
Skills required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Good computer skills essential.
- Highly resilient, determined, strong minded, a proactive and self-motivated attitude, ability to work well under pressure.
- Proven ability to generate –and develop strong leads in a competitive environment.
- Ambition and strong personal drive.
- A business or marketing qualification is not essential but would be a distinct advantage.
- Be-spoke developmental, Software and E-commerce knowledge is highly desirable.
